The Greece Golden Visa Program encourages investors outside the EU to invest and obtaining the free-visa access to the Schengen Zone. Under the program, investors and their families are eligible to obtain temporary residence.
Greece offers two simply an easy routes to get the residence in only 60 days. With no minimum stay requirement, the program gives you 5 years residence and you can apply for the citizenship program after a set period.

Prepare documents: To make the process easier, our lawyers will act on your behalf throughout the process. So we will help you give them powers of attorney in Greece or in your country of origin.
The lawyers sign the deed of purchase in your name and request your Tax Identification number.
It is now time to prepare all the documents, including proof of investment documentation. We will inform you about what must be prepared, the particularities of each one and those that we must translate and legalize.
Payment in your country of origin: It is possible to purchase the property by transferring from a bank account in your country of origin or any other oversea account that is not in a tax haven, without the need to open a new account in Greece.
The lawyers sign the deed of sale with the PoA, make the payment of fees, register the deed and request an appointment for fingerprints and a photo.
Application processed: Appointment date, the client travels to Greece to have fingerprints and an official photo taken.
Documentation will be submitted. You receive a temporary residency permit, the Blue Statement which valid until you get the residence card.
Recidence permit received: The lawyers collect the residence card, valid for 5 years.
